Family secrets make a story interesting for me. A single look between two characters can hint that a big twist is coming.
I like the African setting and relatable characters. I would also enjoy more neighbourhood stories and characters with very different backgrounds.
Short dramas fit nicely into my breaks. A compact story, a little suspense and a reason to find out how the characters get through it.
Complicated love stories and major life decisions really draw me in. I prefer characters with flaws whose reactions still feel human.
